    • Purchase of plots outside Municipal or Corporation areas is permitted only if the plots are allotted or developed by government bodies or development authorities.
    • Eligible authorities include:
      • HUDA (Hyderabad Urban Development Authority)
      • KUDA (Karnataka Urban Development Authority)
      • VUDA (Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority)
      • Other similar government bodies for cities such as Warangal and Visakhapatnam.
  • Minimum Plot Size:
    • The residential plot must have a minimum size of 100 square yards.
