Each villa has a 7.2 kW EV charger in the car porch. Roof-top solar (3 kW net-metered) is optional at booking and installed before possession.

How is water managed?

Potable water comes from a treated borewell network backed by a 20-lakh-litre storage tank. A modern STP recycles grey water for gardening and flushing.
