How to Register a Project in RERA Andhra Pradesh?

  1. Visit the official Andhra Pradesh RERA website.

  2. Go to the Registration section and click on Project Registration .

  3. Select New as the application type and click Submit .

  4. Enter the PAN Card Number and click Get Details .

  5. Fill in the Promoter Profile , Project Details , and Development Details (e.g., project name, status, building number, total land area, height of the building, etc.).

  6. Upload all the required documents (check the list of documents on the AP RERA website).

  7. Click Save and verify all the details in the form.

  8. Click Get OTP to verify your mobile number.

  9. Enter the OTP and click Verify OTP. Click Print to print the application form.

  10. After taking the printout of the application form, click Proceed for Payment to complete the payment process.
