RERA Gujarat Fees & Charges

Below is a concise overview of the various fees and charges applicable under RERA Gujarat. These rates ensure transparent registration processes and streamline real estate transactions for all stakeholders.

1. Promoter Registration Fee

Minimum: ₹10,000
Maximum: ₹10 lakh
Mixed Development (Residential & Commercial)₹15 per sq. m. of carpet area
Minimum: ₹12,000

Minimum: ₹15,000
Maximum: ₹15 lakh
Plotted Development₹10 per sq. m. of proposed land for development
Minimum: ₹5,000
Maximum: ₹5 lakh

2. Withdrawal of Application for Registration

The amount mentioned above shall be retained by the Authority. The balance amount, if any, will be refunded within 30 days from the date of such withdrawal.

How to Register to RERA Gujarat?

  1. Go to the official RERA Gujarat website @https://gujrera.gujarat.gov.in/

  2. At the bottom of the main page, select “Project Registration” if you are a promoter or developer, or Agent Registration if you are a real estate agent.

  3. If you chose Project Registration, you will be taken to a different page where you must specify whether you are an Individual or a Society/Company/Partnership Firm/Trust/Limited Liability Partnership/Competent Authority/HUF.

  4. Enter your email address in the field provided.

  5. After entering your email and promoter type, you’ll receive an OTP. Enter the OTP and click Next.

  6. Fill in the required information as prompted to complete your registration.

How to Check RERA Gujarat Application Status – For Promoters?

  1. Go to the official GUJRERA website.
  2. Under Misc Payment & Utility, select Know project application status.
  3. Choose how you want to look up your application:
    • Acknowledgement No.: Enter your acknowledgement number.
    • Project Name: Provide the project name and email ID.
    • Alteration/Extension Application No.: Provide the alteration or extension application number.
  4. Click Search to view the results.

  1. Go to the official GUJRERA website.
  2. Under Misc Payment & Utility, select Know agent application status.
  3. Enter your Acknowledgement Number and PAN Card details.
