RERA Madhya Pradesh Fees & Charges

The fees for registering with RERA Madhya Pradesh (MP) vary depending on the project type and the profile and eligibility of the promoter, real estate agent, or developer:

  • Plotted residential project: Rs. 40 per sq m x FAR
  • Constructed residential project: Rs. 40 per sq m x carpet area of residential units + Rs. 40 per sq m x carpet area of commercial units
  • Plotted commercial project: Rs. 80 per sq m
  • Individual real estate agent: Rs. 10,000
  • Realty company: Rs. 50,000 Fees are calculated based on the proportion of the area approved for residential and non-residential use.

    For example, the permissible floor area ratio (FAR) for all plots is Rs. 40 per sq m, while the FAR for non-residential or commercial plots is Rs. 80 per sq m.
