How to Register a Project with RERA West Bengal (WBRERA)?

  1. Sign in with your User ID and password on the West Bengal RERA portal.
  2. Click on “Application for Registration of Project.”
  3. Fill in the Project Name. (The Application No. and Date populate automatically.)
  4. Provide project location: including street address 1, street address 2, district, block/ municipality/ police station, state, and pin-code.
  5. Input applicant information: include organisation/ applicant type, district, and block/ municipality.
  6. Enter your PAN No., Bank Name, and Bank Address.
  7. Choose the type of project (Residential, Commercial, or Land) and provide the corresponding project details.
  8. Attach all required documents by giving each a valid title and uploading them in PDF format.
  9. Submit the application, review the listed application details, and forward it to the department.
  10. Select the payment option based on your project type (Residential, Commercial, or Land) and pay using credit card, debit card, or Internet banking. Clicking the “Pay Now” button redirects you to the BillDesk payment gateway.

How to Register as a Real Estate Agent with RERA West Bengal?
