How to Book a Slot for Property Registration in Haryana?

  1. Visit the official Haryana Jamabandi website.
  2. Under “Property Registration,” Choose the “Deed Registration Appointment” option.
  3. Fill in the required details, such as: district, tehsil, and number of days in advance you want to book the appointment.
  4. Click the “Search” and select a suitable date and time for the appointment.
  5. On the scheduled day, ensure the following individuals are present at the sub-registrar’s office: buyer, seller and 2 witness.

How to Register a Property Deed in Haryana?

  • Visit the official Haryana Jamabandi website.
  • Under “Property Registration” click on “Deed Templates.”
  • Download the deed template that suits your requirements.
  • Fill in all the required details in the downloaded deed template.
  • Visit the Sub-Registrar’s office on the pre-booked date and time and submit it to the registration clerk.
  • The clerk will forward the deed to the Sub-Registrar for processing.
  • The Sub-Registrar processes the deed by integrating it into the HARIS system (Haryana Registration Information System).
  • The Sub-Registrar finalizes the deed by recording the biometrics of the buyer and seller.
  • A printed copy of the updated land registry is provided to both parties.
  • The Tehsil office uploads the registry information on the Jamabandi website.
