Step 4: Choose District and Time SlotThe page will display a list of districts, Sub-Registrar offices, and available time slots.
Select your district and preferred slot.
Step 5: Available Shift TimingsShift 1: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Shift 2: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Shift 3: 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM.
Step 6: Book AppointmentClick “Book Now” to confirm your preferred time slot.
Step 7: Online Token Booking SystemYou will be redirected to the Online Token Booking System to select district, SRO, and booking date.
Step 8: Enter Required DetailsEnter your PDE number and click “Okay” to confirm your booking.
Step 9: ConfirmationYour appointment will be confirmed, and you will receive a token for the scheduled time slot.
Step 10: Attend the AppointmentEnsure you arrive at the SRO office at the scheduled date and time for your appointment.

Documents Required For Paying Stamp Duty in  Uttarakhand

  • Sale deed
  • Printed copy of the e-Challan for duty charges
  • Identity proof of both buyer and seller (Voter ID, PAN Card, Passport, Ration Card, or Driving License)
